Understand what feels heavy.Untangle what keeps you stuck.
A collaborative counselling space to make sense of difficult emotions, recognise recurring patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
An initial consultation helps us understand your needs and whether working together feels suitable. It does not commit you to ongoing sessions.

Life looks manageable from outside—but does not feel that way inside.
You do not need a label or a perfectly organised story to begin. Therapy can give us room to understand what is happening beneath the surface.
You keep replaying conversations long after they end.
You are functioning, but something underneath still feels heavy.
You understand some of your patterns, yet struggle to change them.
You are tired of being the strong one for everyone else.
Support That Feels Clear, Human, and Personal
The process is not about fitting you into a template. It begins with your context, your goals, and what feels possible right now.
Privacy-conscious
Confidentiality, its professional limits, and how your information is handled are discussed clearly.
Collaborative
Therapy is shaped with you—around your goals, context, pace, and feedback.
Evidence-informed
The work draws from established psychological approaches and ongoing professional learning.
Understanding Comes First. Change Follows at Your Pace.
My approach is collaborative and integrative. We may work with thoughts, emotions, behaviour, relationships, and practical coping—depending on what is most useful for you.
A relationship before a technique
Feeling heard and able to give honest feedback is part of the work—not an extra.
Evidence-informed and flexible
CBT-informed, REBT, solution-focused, person-centred, and creative methods are used thoughtfully around your needs.
Insight that becomes practice
Sessions connect understanding with small experiments and skills you can use in everyday life.
Any approach mentioned describes training and an informed way of working; it is not a promise that one method will suit every person or concern.
What We Can Work On Together
These are common reasons people reach out. Your experience may overlap several areas—or not fit neatly into any one of them.
How Are You Feeling Today?
Choose what feels closest. You will get one small, practical next step—not a diagnosis.
This check-in is for self-reflection only and is not a diagnostic tool.

Hi, I'm Anjali Jakhar.
I offer a warm, structured space where you can speak honestly without being rushed, judged, or reduced to a problem. My work draws on counselling experience across individual, relationship, family, rehabilitation, and emotional well-being settings.
Alongside practice, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology and have contributed to published work on online therapy and telehealth. I see therapy as a partnership: we build understanding together, decide what matters, and adjust the process through your feedback.

Questions You May Be Carrying
Starting counselling can feel unfamiliar. These answers are here to make the first step clearer.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a conversation about what brings you to counselling, what you would like support with, and any questions you have. We may discuss relevant history and possible goals, but you choose what you are ready to share.
Do I need to know exactly what is wrong before I book?
No. Many people begin with a general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unlike themselves. Part of the work can be finding clearer language for your experience.
Are sessions available online and in person?
Online sessions are available. In-person availability in Rohtak is confirmed individually when you enquire, so the location and timing can be discussed before booking.
How long is a session and how often will we meet?
A standard session is 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute scheduling buffer. The current fee is shown before you reserve the slot. Frequency depends on your needs, availability, and the focus of the work rather than a fixed package.
Is therapy confidential?
Privacy is central to counselling. The practical and professional limits of confidentiality—including situations involving serious safety concerns or legal requirements—are explained before or during the first session.
When is my appointment confirmed?
Choosing a slot creates a temporary 15-minute hold. The appointment is confirmed only after Razorpay verifies successful payment; the website then adds it to Anjali's Google Calendar automatically. A first session does not commit you to ongoing therapy.
You Can Begin Before You Have All the Words.
Bring the part you can explain. We can make sense of the rest together.
